I’ve rebooted, unplugged and plugged back in the mic, changed USB ports, tried USB 2.0 and USB 3.0, tried voicemeeter, tried removing it in settings, adjusted the gain, adjusted the volume in sound settings, and tried uninstalling any voice altering software. I googled around and saw it’s because of Windows 10 drivers being trash and that the best fix is to buy a new mic (I’m not doing that), remove the mic then unplug it and plug it back in (I tried that) or go to this website that has some driver support (tried it and the software isn’t helpful). About 3 days ago its volume intake dipped so low when I booted up that discord wasn’t picking me up at all and when I tried audacity it was hardly making noticeable sounds. It has worked perfectly fine with no problems at all. So I have had my blue yeti since November of 2017. If I should have posted somewhere else, please let me know.
I myself am not on twitch, however I know many people that stream use blue yetis and since the blue yeti subreddit is dead, I thought I would post here instead.
